(I don't know if the devs can answer this but ill answer it for them)
China seems to be taking Ubuntu on pretty nicely recently and included in the carrier advisory group is the biggest Chinese phone company apparently which has like some ridiculous number of users like 500 million or something (don't quote me on that im just remembering what I read somewhere). So if they get there they will have a serious market share pretty much overnight. Here is the list of the current carriers interested in Ubuntu for phone specifically http://www.ubuntu.com/phone/carrier-advisory-group

Are there any plans for porting the games to Linux? I've been playing SC2 since release and I recently picked up hearthstone but the thing is I don't like bloody using Windows. So I have to use WINE and its incredibly hit and miss because you are relying on a 3rd party implementation of Windows libs. Like you guys use Unity for hearthstone for instance so why exactly are you don't shipping on Linux?

Well python is very strict on types, they just are loose about declaring things.

Well the business model has caused issues too. Like to get playing multiplayer you have to buy 2 expansions which a lot of people don't consider value for money.
