Do you have an intern busy writing silly headlines?

Maybe it's just the halloween that's still in my system, but the immoral lessons and dark humor in the anthology format remind me of Tales from the Crypt and Creepshow, with Bill Burr as the Cryptkeeper.
I was wondering if other works have inspired or influenced you along the way?
(And little late to the ama I guess, but given the opportunity I just want to say it's the best thing I've seen in a while)

It can accomplish so much that Bush Jr banned pictures of even the coffins of shot up kids returning from the desert. The role of photojournalism in ending the Vietnam War is taught in schools all over the world.

Where I grew up, they tell kids on the beach that you can tell if something is amber by biting it. I've chipped my teeth on many a rock as a kid. Licking rocks seems like a much better thing to tell your kids.
