Do you agree with english being the latin of our age, in the sense that it is the primary language for science and it's frontiers?

As you, I'm a native swedish speaker. How do you view swedish (or any other language) in comparison to english when it comes to with ease expressing both old and new scientific thoughts?

I've thought about it quite alot. When I'm talking about astronomy or physics for example, I find the relevant words intuitively. But when I try to express the same thought in swedish I often have to stop mid sentence to try and find the proper words.

This might also have to do with most of the time I read about science it's in english. But still, I do think that english is today's latin.

To be honest this is often the case with swedish too.

But words for new discoveries very often seem to be made up first to the english language, and it might take some more time for other languages to get those words to take root.

Also alot of "swedified" words copied from english sounds awfully cringey.
