IBMer here working in the newer delivery centers in the Midwest. At what level did you start with IBM? How different is it today vs years when you started. Ever heard anyone from the low level moving his way up to a decent level within the company?

As put above, Thank you for everything. That being said, its good to know that I still have a shot. I have been with the company for nearly 2 years, I would like to make it my career, but getting the support of my immediate superiors has been difficult due to personality issues. Knowing that there are executive leaders that started at a lower-midlevel, should help keep me going to work.
