Two children does not equal one adult so there would be two times the number of criminal charges! :)

This is the ultimate question. I’m leaning one way myself, but we just don’t have all of the evidence available to us. We presented what we knew. The prosecution now claims to have more evidence than a birth certificate to prove that Natalia was born in 2003 to Anna Gava.

That's a great question. I did notice that and am getting some answers. The interview with the 14-year-old was in Feb. 2021. The photo of the two six-year-olds was in 2010, I believe, or early 2011. So, it doesn't seem to add up, does it?

Prosecutors believed their investigation established that Natalia was actually a child, despite the re-ageing, so they filed child neglect charges as well as neglect of a dependent person. The judge threw out the charges based on Natalia being a child because of the re-ageing. He wasn't going to relitigate the issue.

Looking at Natalia's photos and videos over the years, it seems pretty clear that she has aged.
