What are your current thoughts on the Wikileaks and Bradley Manning scandal?

This is the question i came here for.

Army can start with letting downtime be actual downtime. NCO's can stop fucking with soldiers in the barracks after hours. Army can stop incentivizing getting soldiers married as soon as possible to get out of the barracks harrassment/higher pay debacle. They can stop pretending its the soldiers fault they cant handle it and everything is a training opportunity to justify harassment.
