Hi there! I'm actually a supervisor at an AMC Theatres. What's a way I could improve the job for the Film Crew members I work with that would be beneficial to the company and for them?

Thanks for the response. For the most part, I'd like to think my coworkers think the same of me. Since there was a time when I was a crew member that worked with them, I'd like to think that getting promoted just means they appreciate that I can be a good friend as well as a competent leader. The location I work at has a pretty relaxed environment which I think most people appreciate, however I have had cases of coworkers I'm friends with assuming the rules don't apply to them if I am their supervisor.
