Is it worth the money and is there lag during use?

Hey Jazza. I am very inspired by graphic design but I lack the artistic skills needed for it. What would be some good advice as I head into college? Ideally for graphic design. You are a dedicated and inspirational artist/youtuber and I thank you for it.
