LPT. Look up if your employer sponsors EAPs (employee assistance program). I work for a fortune 500 company and they do... almost all of them do. An EAP will usually pay for 6 free counseling sessions per life event. Im currently seeing a therapist to deal with work stress and the birth of my second child. It's worth checking out my dude. I pay zero cents out of pocket for this service.
