Not a woman, but somewhat interested in answers to these, and figure others might be as well.

What would you say is the most common "error" women make with their own make-up? (Error as in you opinion, not trying to say it is literally something they have done incorrect)

I would gather you have worked with a number of models and celebrities (if I understand what the term MAC artist means) so:

Which model or celebrity do you think benefited most from makeup? And how? (I don't mean who went from ugly to beautiful, at least, not necessarily. I mean who stood out as being someone that after you did their makeup, you thought "wow that really made her/his blank pop". Figure this could be helpful to people who feel they look similar in what they might want to try enhancing.)

Probably not the best person to ask, but last I heard (anecdotal, no research on my part) MAC are no longer animal cruelty free, so:

As far as you know, are MAC products animal cruelty free? If not, do you know anything about the testing? I don't expect you to, but I figure, why not ask now.

And I am pretty sure my girlfriend would ask:

What is the one MAC product you would die without?

I'm not sure if other's have asked, but how much of the leg is it?

If it is below the knee, I would imagine that rock climbing would still be quite viable, so long as you built up your arm strength. As far as I know, most rock climbers use their arms actually more than their legs (at least, for specific grips).

Hrm. I work in a book store in the Blue Mountains (near Sydney) and I didn't know your name. Animal Friends looks vaguely familiar, but it is a pretty... easy to get confused about cover (meaning lots of kids drawings would meld with that in my mind, I think).

The pricing of Animal Friends seems pretty good (too many kids books are expensive these days). Did you get into bulk markets (Big W, super markets, Kmart etc)?

I also can only see Ribbin & Robin as an e-book for now, is that the case? If so, any plans for hard copy? (it is great it is free on kindle, but my guess is that the market for kids ebooks is pretty small? At least, everyone I talk to says they just read novels/non-fiction/academic works in e-format).

Did you start this at 9pmish where you are? I can see that you were in Carrington and Kitchener a bit ago, so assume you are NSW based. 9pm is pretty late to start an AMA for Australia (and I would guess fairly off time for US or UK, about 4am on west coast of US and midday in UK). You might have had a better response about 2-3h earlier, though there is also just the fact that unless it is like Quentin Blake/Graeme Base a kids author/illustrator isn't that likely to get a gigantic response anyway (my guess).

They didn't release BigPond till 1997, but as far as I know they were acting as a base ISP before then.
