What nationality tourists are the worst? Do all the staff speak English?

I remember Sports Illustrated journalist Grant Wahl went to run as FIFA President. Have you spoken to him about his experience? He said that he had the support of some major football associations but it was something along the lines of if they nominated anyone else other than Blatter that they would be "punished" financially somehow. He said pretty much everyone he spoke to at a UEFA meeting of national associations wanted Blatter out. Is the nomination and election process pretty much designed for Blatter to win every time?
