Do you believe Copyright in the United States will ever reach more balance toward the "promotion of sciences" (i.e. more public domain and Fair Use). Or, on the other hand, do you believe that corporate copyright influences will continue to prevail?

Mr. Lessig, I am aware of Citizens United and the current expansion of that doctrine in McCutcheon.

I agree with you. Are you saying that those precedents are of such an "umbrella" nature that they are integral to the solution of every (if not, then most) substantive legal status quo changes?
