First of all, congratulations for your amazing work which has supported many psychiatry survivors recovering their human rights and their right of refusing treatment. Which improvements do you suggest for the new WHO draft about mental health rights?

Anosognosia is an excuse to violate human rights because most of the time, mentally ill people refuse treatment due to severe adverse side effects. The human brain is very complex and the antipsychotics, medication used to "treat" these conditions, don't have their mechanism of action known. This medication can cause akathisia which iit is very known to cause violence and suicide, tardive dyskinesia which is a brain damage characterized by involuntary movements and cognitive impairment. So it is unfair tthe existence of coercive practices which violates human dignity and increases trauma in mental health system
