Was it difficult to secure a job at such a high class place? Did you have to go through extensive background check?

Did you initially get involved in the gay marriage topic because you actually support it, or is it because it gets such high publicity? Maybe it was some other random reason?

Well where I'm from in Pennsylvania the ALCU had been talked about quite a bit for other reasons. Considering I don't know any of the said lawyers above on a personal level I think the question is valid. The publicity thing isn't about getting on a "magazine cover". It's about working on such a high profile case.

For your question, I do believe that some people would spend all this time and effort to get their own name out there. My question was not asked in a sarcastic way, it was asked simply to understand why they have chosen to do this. There is no need for your smart ass response.
