What kind of cell phone do you use for personal use and why?

I have a Donatello ceramic cookie jar in box. Both signed by the Kevin Eastman. How would I get this authenticated? Plan to keep in family.

What's up with those phone calls that spoof other people's numbers that are similar to their own number? What do they get out of it?
