Proof or it didn't happen

Edit: proof was given, and it was good

Two things can happen:

1. They send their PR team, give fluff answers. Everyone continues to hate them.

2. They don't dare do it.

It's all he knows

Chances on getting the Pres to legalize it federally, even if it's under the guise of "economic stimulus" or "helping small businesses" or even to "help citizens during these stressful times"? I could go on all day with possible angles, but my main focus would be the top down approach using the "get more states and try going up" current approach as a good stepping stone and validator.

Of course it isn't happening, the bulk of this idea is to play into the Pres's desires so that he bypasses all the need for R or D to step up or states to look at the money and decide they finally want it.

I want to remove portions of the debate at the state level, having the Pres do it as an act in his own best interest seems viable.

I just wanna know if you think it's possible and if so the likelihood of success.

There's plenty of angles to approach him, especially now, but IF other interest will table it then I understand that's no point in putting in the effort and we can let the states do it little by little. Just takes so much longer.
