Sounds kinda strange that you would be afraid to fall after traveling with no support network for two years. Anyhow, do you miss the traveling times, or do you consider stable situation as being better? These are not mutually exclusive of course.

Much better than the usual "I know some of these words" response, kudos for you.

That's a pretty idealistic view. You could pick up a drug habit and debt (I assume most prisons have drug business nowadays, maybe not max security though) or get into the crime underground by meeting fellow scheming thugs who are anxious to make some gig they have been developing while behind the bars. As OP said in another post, it's more like punishment than rehabilitation. Good luck finding a job with rap sheet. You're probably better off doing what you know, which is criminal activity picked up from the prison you were sent in the first place. I agree though, if you stick with working out and studying you'll be pretty well off.

Holy shit, that sounds like a Kafkaesque bureaucratic labyrinth that modern life is. It's almost if they discourage you from being anything else than the generic productive citizen. Nonetheless, keep up the spirit and do what you do. Don't let anyone keep you down.
