Sorry can I ask you something about this: Why forgive?

I understand that dwelling on toxic feelings helps no one, but I can't really see that as a justification to actually forgive anything. Forcing yourself not to dwell on the past and let it it affect the way you live your life, is not the same as saying you've forgiven someone who has done something horrendous.

How easy is it to enjoy travelling China without knowing the language? Any route you would recommend as a starting point for a first trip plan?
