Isn't that like the whole dad being the fun one, mum is the boring one/enforcer sorta thing? They have different roles to play, and while a nurse is the main factor in the experience of a patient, the doctor is the more likely influence on the health outcome - at least in acute cases. But if it wasn't for good nurses a lot of symptoms and outcomes wouldn't even be noticed in time.
