What blew your mind the most the first time you experienced/saw it? (Excluding the moon landing)

Hello,

I'm currently taking Human Ethology taught by the leading professor in co-sleeping research, Dr. James McKenna, and he's can't say enough good things about co-sleeping with your baby. What are your thoughts on the practice?

Additionally, I just finished reading the book The Promise of Sleep by a man you're probably incredibly familiar with, Dr. William Dement, and I was astounded by how much I learned. What are your thoughts on the hypothesis of sleep debt? Have you had any personal interaction with Dr. Dement? He seems like a really quirky and interesting man, similar to my professor.
