Did you visit the principality of Sealand?

That doesn't really mean anything. The UK is, as stated in the name, a Kingdom, in parallel with the "Grand Duchy" that is luxembourg and in this case the principality of sealand.

Proof?

The whole concept of a wide open space being closed just seems silly. What kind of services does a hiker need? I imagine emergency services are deemed essential and still running.

Of course, you can just learn two languages and have an even bigger leg up.
