If you were to introduce one thing to make your job easier, what would it be?

i think when worst, people are asking for your own personal opinion. so if you don't mind airports that have crosswinds but hate when there are mountains nearby or anything then they want you to express that and why.

Seen a few other replies where you have asked for the terms to give an answer. We just want to hear what you have to say. I am enjoying this AMA though, lots of interesting things! Thank you!
