I'm lots of thousands of miles away and have to watch my sisters kids most days since she's on chemo... maybe someday, haha.

My sister almost donated her kidney to a stranger as well several years ago - good thing it didn't pan out, as she now only has one kidney herself - a tumor in her kidney extended through her vena cava all the way into her heart and was blocking off blood flow - she was dying when they started her surgery. She has about as many stitches as someone in the morgue!
