I have very similar symptoms - well documented, have teams of cardiolists etc and have an aicd as well for the last 13 years. Your symptoms are strikingly similar , mind letting me know your dx?

In any venue you play at, what's your favourite concession food? I'm partial to Mile High hot dogs at the Pepsi Center in Denver. Green chili, cheddar, onions, jalapeno, and a pretty good Frank makes for a great dog!
