I'm assuming part of the issue is that it was 1.5lbs which was a couple inches away from the body. Try packing a backpack such that the heaviest thing is as close to the body as possible, and as far as possible, you'll notice the difference, especially if you are wearing it 24/7.

I have found that testmy.net most accurately describes my experience using the internet, speedtest.net always overestimates it. I believe the multithreading by default is a big part of the reason for this, since most of my downloads / uploads are single large things.

Perhaps you can get some people to graciously donate towards adoption? If that is the path you decide to go down, I would be more than happy to give what I can.

Don't get me wrong, your situation sucks. It really, really does. You just shouldn't give up on your dreams of having a family. It's not be the path you wanted, but it's still attainable, and I really hope you get there at some point.
