Hi, just adding this in - she's definitely a carrier. Highschool student in Biology, and we've recently learned a bit about this... Since you pass down either your X or Y chromosome and she got your X (since she's a girl) and your X is affected, she's a carrier. I'd link to some sites for proof if I knew any!

Since he's probably in bed, I'll toss this in - I just saw a post above. He said he had a daughter (who is a carrier, all girls of hemophiliac fathers are carriers), and thus will likely have a grandson with it. I'll also say, if he happened to have any boys, they can't be affected by it (unless if the mum is carrying it), because dad passes down either X or Y chromosome, and a boy would get his Y, which cannot be affected (this is X linked). Hope you found this useful!

Hiya! Have you had any good come from your Hemophilia? Other than the ability to have a Reddit AMA, that is. I know it's an odd question, but I've found that the oddest things can have good come of them; E.G. my best friend has panic attacks, and the experience makes her really good at handling other people's stress (she's proud of it).
