Our brain isn't very good at keeping track of amounts of things in dreams, so look at your hand and count your fingers. Do this several times a day until you start doing it in your dreams, and you'll quickly realise you're dreaming. Just be aware of sleep paralysis and try not to panic if you feel it, it's natural and a sign your body is working properly. Good luck!
