Yeah, but working at breakneck speed like the larger ones require is also way harder on a body. Between RSI and self-inflicted injury, there's a very real toll to pay that I'm not sure 18/hr covers.

A lot like bricklayers where slinging brick all day can really just fuck a body up, but union workers get paid way more.

It all depends on what your definition of "is" is.
