Oh ok cool. That makes sense; if the majority of the work effort was by the Canadians then of course they should be honored more than those who weren't heavily involved in the efforts. I've never understood why people try to minimize other countries involvement and sacrifice. The lives given up from America doesn't make the sacrifice of Canada any less, nor vice versa.
