  1. What race in your career are you most proud of?

  2. Do you ever feel unsatisfied with a race? If so, how do you deal when you have a “bad” race?

  3. What’s your favorite workout to do?

  4. Alberto Salazar seems like a coach who is very particular about the details of training. Do you have a nutritionist? How particular are you about how you eat/fuel yourself?

  5. What do you do as a warm-up before races?

  6. Have you thought about long term career goals? If so, do you mind sharing them? (if not it’s ok)
