I mean, this chain of misdirection feels like money laundering. It seems like they're being consistent about what they sell, just clearly also shady in terms of how they handle business operations.

Interesting. My (natural gas powered) pool heater actually has a warning in the manual about this--that setting the setpoint too low will cause the heat exchanger to corrode.

It would go off and they'd have to fix the water heater/stove/furnace/etc that hasn't been properly vented since 1976 but have been able to hide because the fumes haven't killed anyone yet.

There's an independent rock station station 500 mi north of me that plays great but often obscure music, with wonderful variety. Unfortunately, I have to bust out my 2-meter Yagi to listen to the station because of a conflicting local station. They don't even have a website for me to stream from.
