Do you ever plan on going to some other country, for extended amounts of time? Like Khaldor or Tastless/Artosis?

What do you know about Josh Holt? He is from Utah, served an LDS mission there, went back to marry a woman that he met, and now he is currently being detained, and is in really bad medical condition. The government will not provide him with medical help. How does the media there, if at all, portray Joshua? Overall, it is a very sad story. I know our senators and congressmen/congresswoman are trying to find a way to help.
