The actual cube solving methods are useless in life. However, the patience required to learn how to solve it and memorize the algorithms, to keep doing it over and over again to increase times, etc. etc. is very nice to have.

is everyone supposed to upvote a video that you like? pole dancing deadpool might not be everyones cup of tea, especially not when youtube algorithms recommend it for no reason. i personally liked it but i dont expect everyone else to like it too

3x3 doesn't make you learn every cube. 3x3 4x4 5x5 and to an extent 6x6 and 7x7 are necessary because center commutators and solving edges/edge parity are an entire learning process and can take a while if you don't have good cube fundamentals.

F2L doesn't use algorithms at high levels, I solve sub 14 and I do it intuitively.
