More than anything I want to get into a test kitchen and play with recipies. It sounds amazing. I normally I just play around with flavors and textures till I like something and to so that for a living almost sounds too good to be true. We're you ever a line cook? If so, how did you make the transition from there (or where ever you started) to culinary director of a test kitchen?

That's awesome! Thanks for the reply! I've only been a line cook for 6 years, but I'm finishing my culinary managment degree currently and looking for any way I can make my next step in the field. I've got my eye on catering for now while working my way towards becoming a private chef. Maybe I'll get lucky and our paths will cross again one day when my work is good enough to be featured.
