Now that you have a fairly high yearly income (I assume), what do you invest in with your money for long-term? Do you do index funds or individual stocks or something else? I’m just wondering to hear from the perspective of someone who’s business minded

When landing on Mars, what sorts of precautions do you take to study the planet without disturbing it too much? Or do the vehicles already not have much of a risk of disturbing the land?

(This is assuming that sample collection has to be taken in a “natural” way to avoid any artifacts in the results)

That’s what I do. Usually average at least 6-7% returns up to 11 or 12% with mutual index funds that track the s&p 500.
