Not to be mean, but your child should not be getting their black belt after three years. I was a junior olympist, and trained from 5 to 16 in order to get my first degree black belt. A black belt is a demonstration of mastery, and I would not trust any school that gave out a black belt after 3 years.

Can confirm, trained for 11 years to get my black belt.

I regret to inform you that they are actually quite a bitch. I've tried two separate kits and both of them didn't work because the mold sets too quickly to do it alone.
