What does the research say about the communication skills of people who speak multiple languages (4+) fluently opposed to all-in on a single one?

Obviously being fluent in a language is vastly different from exceling in one.

How do you deal with people whom always are over-pumped with adrenaline and cortisol when on stage? Like the example you gave earlier, the CEO whom did the groping on stage. What if he is just genetically programmed to be "high"?
