Whats this "treatment?" To me that sounds like sending a physical therapist to "treatment" for hitting their patients. It wouldn't happen because its a retarded idea.

Not the OP, obviously... But all of them do share with law enforcement. There have been cases of cold cases being solved because of a DNA test that got flagged because it matches a cold case DNA. Some of them were not even direct matches, but a brother, uncle etc got the test.
