I was going to ask something similar but more so along the lines of how do you go about dating / how have you in the past? Is it more difficult with the expectations around sex / dating culture?

Yeah, I think those jokes might catch people off guard and they aren’t sure if it’s appropriate or okay to laugh.

I met a woman who was on the spectrum and her dad passed away so she kept making autism / dead dad jokes / self deprecating jokes and I wasn’t sure if I should laugh or not.
