Why hasn't the house voted on it?

I hate anime intros it's always so spoilery.

I watch it as background because they show some lesser known archeological sites. But I also laugh at their arguments "oh we couldn't build a pyramid even with modern tools." you just have to say bitch it took them 30+ years 30k people and a ton of money. If we put the effort manpower and money into it we sure as shit could replicate the results easily.
