It looks like Glenn Anderson's opponent is one of the people you are talking about - 46 years in Congress and judging by his attendance record...has become complacent. The way we take care of folks who are out of touch is by retiring them at the ballot box...just saying...

I just googled John Conyers and saw that his attendance record in Congress isn't so good...actually its pretty bad. What accounts for this..what are your thoughts on not showing up?
