LDS here. Couldn’t agree more. A lot of my roommates and I make fun of mormons from Utah. Honestly if I’d lived in Utah for more than a few months I would’ve left the church. I think the culture in Utah is pretty messed up, it feels super judgmental and I just don’t like the people there. Not to mention the pressure to go on a mission.

What was it like to live through world war II? Was the pressure to serve in the military as high as it sounded in history classes?
