Renewable energy still requires a baseload capacity to deal with fluctuations in energy production. By protesting against nuclear fission this forces the future baseload to be carried by fossil fuels, particularly coal and gas.

Do you support the building of new nuclear fission power plants to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels? If not, what power source should provide the baseload needed?

I was thinking that if it was ran by and controlled (including the data-centres) by the NHS then I wouldn't have anywhere near the same issues that private control represents.
