Part of me feels like this is just your wry humor coming through, and the other part knows that you aren't entirely joking. Some of the comics are rather dark. Nonetheless, I find a great deal of comfort in all of them. There is something so human about the comics, especially the dark ones. I am often touched by their underlying honesty and hope. You've an amazing gift of the ability to express yourself with such simplicity and pathos. I honestly do think you are a genius (and if I remember right, you've the IQ points to prove it). Thank you for the many warm-fuzzies over the years!

Oh my goodness! I am so glad you are doing one of these. I’ve emailed you a few times (once about your sexy math stories, oh yeah), and you have always been so helpful and kind! I’m glad some other people will be able to experience how down-to-earth and sweet you are.
