One of my favorite things about the show is the genuine affection the Belchers have for each other. Was that a conscious decision, or did it just evolve?

I don't know many fellow Americans who've seen QI, but those who have are absolutely obsessed. If you can work out the rights, there is a very dedicated audience ready and waiting. I'm marathoning the Hulu content as we speak.

Is there a day of the week you typically find hardest to get work done? Why?

I'd love to see more women on QI, just not Janet Street Porter.
