You could probably include a lot of caveats, like "I don't know if you'll want to read this" and "I don't want to bring this up if you don't want to but I want to be here for you and do what you need". That might reduce any anger she could feel, if she didn't want to talk about it.
Then, if she never mentions it, don't bring it up. Don't ask if she got the link. Just let it be and let her know you're there for her if she needs to talk again.

The question gets asked, repeatedly, by everyone, because nobody else on TV in the US does it. Hollywood is full of folks who tell implausible stories in which grief is impermanent and free of consequences.

And none of it is the fault of the victim or the partner. They could lose their relationship, and years of love and trust and a good life, have to cope with STD tests and pregnancy scares and nightmares - all because of 5 minutes worth of a creep's time.

Please be cautious in your responses and keep OPSEC in mind when answering; not just identifying you, but identifying US capabilities and tactics, and potentially sensitive knowledge of enemy capabilities and tactics. :)
