Whats the most paranormal thing you've experienced in the field?

This one is for Dawn! I'm currently in school getting a degree in sustainable energy, materials, and technology. Was it hard for you getting into this kind of work? Did you go to school for something else and then wander in to sustainability? Do you think young adults who went to college and got degrees in sustainability will be useful compared to someone who went to school for engineering, or politics, and then learned about sustainability?
