Do you have a date yet for when the Alton Browncast will be available?

Also, what's the latest on Food Files? Is it still in development?

Reading through this, you seem to have no idea how this stuff works.

You say you won't be storing any IP addresses, but then you say you're going to host with a shared hosting company. I hate to break it to you, but your hosting company is going to log every single IP address that ever visits your site. That's not up to you.

The only way you could pull this off is if you have 100% control of your server(s), and it's apparent from your answers here that you are neither financially nor technically prepared for that.

Answer these if you can:

• Have you ever set up and managed a server? (Because this service will require several)
• Are you familiar with *nix operating systems?
• Apache? nodejs? nginx? (If you don't know what these are, you will not pull this off)
• What server-side language are you going to use?
• What database software?
• Can I create an account if I want to (as I can on Imgur)?
• Oops, I uploaded something embarrassing that I want to delete. How do I do that? Do I have to send you a DMCA takedown just to delete something?
• You say you will not tolerate illegal content. How will you monitor that? Suppose 1000 videos get uploaded in a day (with no limits on length). Are you going to watch them all?

Good luck, but I think this has zero chance of success.
