My issue with the ending (of the movie, I haven't read the book) was that I felt like Margo was still an amazing woman to be pined after and Quentin still gets what he was after, the love and admiration of Margo. She really appreciates what he did for her and they bond and become closer. They truly love each other as people. And Margo is still this insanely wise, attractive, mysterious young woman. She actually is all the things that Quentin fantasized about. There is no negative consequence for Quentin objectifying Margo, he actually benefits from it, just not in the way he had originally hoped.
I think this is what makes it a bit underwhelming, not that nobody dies or has sex and lives happily ever after.
By the way, I loved The Fault in Our Stars and still really enjoyed Paper Towns, I was just expecting a different ending because I heard (maybe incorrectly) that it was an anti-manic-pixie-dream-girl trope book/movie.

Several of them grew up in the church or were early in their careers when they joined. I think think the church specifically tries to help the careers of their entertainment industry members to use them to promote the church.
