I appreciate you doing this thread too, a lot of the stories are hard to read but so important.

How do you guys feel about BMI as a measurement? I picked the middle of my 'healthy BMI range' as a goal weight, but when I try to tell that to people who ask the response is ALWAYS 'Well BMI is really flawed, that would make you too skinny, and you look great right now!'
